| 1911 | Fire destroys store, which reopens at 33 South Seventh Street in Minneapolis. |
| 1929 | JB Hudson is purchased by the Dayton Company
and moves into the Eighth and Nicollet Mall corner of the Dayton’s
store in Minneapolis. |
| 1982 | JB Hudson sold to Henry Birks and Sons of Montreal, Canada. |
| 1992 | James R. Cargill purchases JB Hudson out of bankruptcy. Jeannie Joas is named President. |
| 2007 | Pohlad family and Jeannie Joas purchase JB Hudson. Joas named President and CEO. |
| 2008 | JB Hudson relocates to the corner of 9th and Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis in the historic Young Quinlan Building. |
